Leticia Noel is an accomplished operations leader with more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry and 5 years of experience in the sports industry. She brings a strategic, people-centered approach to leadership, with a proven ability to improve processes, drive operational excellence, and support organizational growth.

Leticia holds a Master of Business Administration from UMass Boston and a Master of Healthcare Administration from Boston College, equipping her with a strong foundation in both business strategy and healthcare systems. Her professional career is complemented by a deep commitment to service and community engagement.

A devoted wife and mother, Leticia is actively involved in her church community, where she teaches children’s church, visits nursing home residents, sings on the worship team, and serves on the church council. Her passion for leadership, service, and faith shapes both her professional work and her dedication to making a positive impact in the lives of others.

Cierra Morson-Owens - Board Director

Cierra is deeply committed to youth empowerment, community service, and equitable access to opportunity. A graduate of Suffolk University with a B.S. in Psychology and a member of Psi Chi, the International Honor Society in Psychology, Cierra has built a career centered on supporting others, and her belief that nurturing young minds is vital to the success of our collective future has guided much of her professional and volunteer journey.

Her early work in youth and community outreach reflects a longstanding passion for empowering and developing young people. As a former AmeriCorps member with the Jumpstart program and an instructor with Tenacity’s tennis and literacy initiative, Cierra worked directly with children to build academic skills, confidence, and resilience. She later served as a Health Educator with Harbor Health Services’ Neponset Health Center, providing safer health education and testing services in schools, community centers, and rehabilitation facilities across Greater Boston.

Cierra currently specializes in donor engagement and stewardship at MIT, where she also serves on the Institute’s Resource and Development Belonging, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. Her work in advancement reflects a dedication to fostering inclusive communities and strengthening relationships that support meaningful, real-world impact.

With a career shaped by empathy, equity, and community-focused leadership, Cierra is honored to support the organization in expanding access to transformative sports and leadership opportunities for youth.

Emily Savelli - Board Director

Emily is a mission-driven technology leader with approximately 20 years of experience as a software engineer and systems consultant. She currently serves as a technical lead at Abt Global, a consulting and research firm working in 50+ countries to improve the quality of people's lives. In this role, Emily leads a small team of developers building data systems used by researchers and public sector organizations to drive informed decision-making and meaningful impact.

Born in Venezuela and raised in Houston, Texas, Emily's path to technology was shaped by an early passion for education and youth development. Before enrolling in

the Computer Systems Engineering program at Boston University, she volunteered with Jumpstart, an AmeriCorps program focused on early childhood education—an experience that instilled a deep belief in the power of early intervention and equitable access to quality programming.

Emily has demonstrated sustained commitment to community service, serving for 10 years as a trustee of her homeowners' association, a unique federally funded affordable homeownership program in Boston. She has also served on the PTA at her child's elementary school and co-chaired the diversity committee at her child's preschool.

Now a resident of Roxbury, Massachusetts, Emily is honored to support SEAM in its mission to provide transformative sports, education, and leadership opportunities to youth. She brings both technical expertise and a heart for service to the board, committed to helping SEAM expand its reach and deepen its impact.

Lelia Owens - Board Director

Lelia was born and raised in North Carolina where she attended Jones County North Carolina's public schools. Upon graduating, she pursued her professional studies at Elizabeth City State University where she graduated with her Bachelors of Science degree in Social Science.

With nearly 30 years experience in Social Services as a social worker and Assistant Director, Lelia helped countless Boston area families in need of support. Whether that be housing, food aid, child care, Lelia was there to lend a helping hand to affect positive change in the lives of those whom she served.

While supporting families, Lelia also raised her 4 children, managed a household, and attended Cambridge College where she graduated with her Masters degree in Human Resource Management.

As a retired social worker, Lelia enjoyed serving as a church leader at Walthall’s Chapel Church of God in Christ, where she lead women's ministry, bible study, food and toy drives to aid families in need in the greater Boston area.

His work strengthened student success, workforce readiness, and equitable access to opportunities.

Rig also serves the Town of Bridgewater as a Finance Committee Member and former DEI Chair. He remains deeply committed to empowering youth, developing leaders, and strengthening communities through service and collaboration.

Chase Noel - Secretary/Clerk

Chase is a sophomore at Bridgewater State University, where he is majoring in Exercise Physiology with a focus on human performance, athletic development and nutrition. Driven by a deep passion for helping others grow—particularly young athletes—Chase chose this field of study to better understand how the body moves, performs, and recovers, and how that knowledge can be used to maximize athletic potential and overall wellness.

A dedicated student-athlete, Chase competes on BSU’s Track and Field team, specializing in the hammer throw, discus, and shot put. Known for his focus, strength, and determination, he consistently brings a competitive edge and disciplined work ethic to both training and competition as he challenges himself alongside other elite collegiate athletes.

Beyond his own athletic pursuits, Chase is deeply committed to youth development. He has coached young athletes in multiple sports, including flag football and track and field, using his technical knowledge, leadership skills, and positive mentorship to build confidence, discipline, and a love for sport in the next generation. He also serves as a Co-Head Referee for Next Level Sports Club’s youth and adult NFL Flag Football programs, where he plays a critical role in game operations, sportsmanship, and safety.

Outside of athletics, Chase enjoys music, spending meaningful time with family and friends, and investing in his personal growth. He prioritizes physical fitness, mental health, and emotional well-being, striving to maintain a healthy balance of mind, body, and spirit in all that he does.
